As a medium-sized butcher’s shop, we have specialized in supplying canteen kitchens, canteens and retailers. Therefore, the customer is part of the group of food producers among meat product manufacturers. Since December 2009 he has new, fully air-conditioned premises in beautiful Bamberg, in which we mainly produce boiled and boiled sausages, boiled ham, bratwurst and various convenience products according to artisanal tradition on approx. 1300 m² and of course also sell the entire fresh meat range.
